CLASSES WE OFFER

    RHYTHM & Ride (spin)

    Do you enjoy cycling to great music while burning a ton of calories? This is a great cardio class for those who want to have fun and want to workout to the beat of the (warning: LOUD) music.

    HIIT

    High Intensity Interval Training: A full body rigorous workout in a high energy sequence of exercises. This class will get your heart pumping and your muscles working! Strength and endurance will result with regular classes as you will be pushed to the limits and will leave feeling strong.

    TRX

    A class using suspension and body weight, this class is great for strength and for those who need an intense yet moderately low impact.

  • Circuit Training

    A workout style where you move through a series of different exercises one after another with minimal rest in between. Targeting different muscle groups, designed to keep your heart rate up while building strength and endurance.

    Yoga is a set of poses combined with breathing exercises and meditation to benefit mental and physical health.

    Mat Pilates

    A strengthening and lengthening class that focuses on your core muscles while also working the arms and legs. This class will give you a full body, low-impact workout and a great stretch.
